Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using Microsoft 365 provided by ComKonnect, an official reseller of Microsoft Office. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Service Description
Microsoft 365 provided by ComKonnect is a cloud-based subscription service offering a suite of productivity tools developed by Microsoft Corporation. These tools include but are not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
2. Subscription Terms
a. Subscription Plans: ComKonnect offers various subscription plans for Microsoft 365, each with different features and pricing. Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan that meets their needs.
b. Payment: Users agree to pay the subscription fees associated with their chosen plan. Payment terms and methods will be outlined during the subscription process.
c. Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled by the user. Users will be notified prior to renewal.
3. Account Security
a. Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Microsoft 365 account credentials. Any activity that occurs under a user’s account is their responsibility.
b. Unauthorized Access: Users must notify ComKonnect immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.
4. Acceptable Use
a. Lawful Purposes: Users agree to use Microsoft 365 provided by ComKonnect for lawful purposes only. Any use of the service for illegal or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
b. Prohibited Activities: Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Transmitting or storing malicious software or content.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the service.
- Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: Microsoft 365 and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Microsoft Corporation. ComKonnect has the necessary licenses to provide the service to users.
b. User Content: Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload to Microsoft 365. However, by using the service, users grant Microsoft and ComKonnect the right to use, modify, and distribute their content for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Termination
a. By User: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds may be subject to the terms outlined in the subscription agreement.
b. By ComKonnect: ComKonnect reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Microsoft 365 for any user who violates these Terms of Use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Microsoft 365 is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. ComKonnect makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ComKonnect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Microsoft 365.
9. Changes to Terms
ComKonnect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
